Connecting for Culture Change Program

In partnership with you, we design an experiential training curriculum that accelerates transfer of knowledge, skills and behavior including transformation for individuals through sustained partnership with someone else in the organization. How we determine partnerships depends on your goals. Additionally, the guiding themes of the curriculum and how it’s structured is all co-created with you. What you gain:
1. Stronger relationships and networks
2. Rituals that support community-building
3. On-going methods to keep a pulse of your culture

Stakeholder Creativity Sessions

This session invites a cross-section of individuals to come together to create more of what works in an organization through interview and group interaction. The also involves design of processes and metrics. Participants are asked to identify commitments, offers and requests to promote accountability at the individual and organizational level. What you gain:
1. Co-create agreements and shared values/principles
2. Stimulate innovative thinking and “provocative propositions”
3. Create matrix groups to execute new ideas and tasks

STRENGTH-BASED INSIGHTS FOR INDIVIDUALS AND TEAMS

By the percentages: 32% of U.S. professionals are engaged, 51% are unengaged and 17% are actively disengaged based on Gallup polls. There are industries built on reversing these trends, some more effective than others focused on culture, wellness and motivation. What’s become clearer in the last decade is motivation isn’t something an educator or manager does to a student or employee, rather it’s a set of drives that live within them waiting to be discovered and shared. This module borrows from the strength-based movement to make visible values and strengths in students and educators that show up in every aspect of their work, life and interactions. Participants gain:
1. Awareness of fundamental personal values and how to express them every day.
2. Personal strengths that drive creativity, leadership and satisfaction.
3. Best approaches to work that highlights what a person brings to a high-performing team.
